Info for Vendors
Vendor Consideration FormsALL vendors must fill out a Vendor Consideration Form. Once the form has been reviewed and accepted by the Coordinators, an acceptance email will be sent to the applicant, with vendor fee payment instructions.
This event is curated according to the success of the vendors involved. Our goal is to create an atmosphere in order to bring in customers and to make sure that our vendors are getting seen. |
Category CapsWe do put caps on the number of vendors selling the same or similar items. Past year capped categories have included jewelry, crocheted/knitted items, greeting cards, jams/jellies, succulent plants. The capped categories may change from year-to-year depending on the number of applications received.
|
Uploaded ImagesAs a part of the Consideration Form, you will be required to upload 5 images of the products you intend to sell at the event. These images will be checked for licensed/trademarked graphics and logos (including sports teams). All images will go through a "Google Lens" search to ensure that the products are indeed handmade.
|
This event is exclusively for handmade items, made by the vendor!Resale (items purchased from suppliers/manufacturers for the purpose of selling at the Holiday Boutique) are not permitted. AHB volunteer coordinators will be strolling through the event facility during set-up and during the event. Items displayed for sale that were NOT approved by the coordinators or substituted after registration is approved will ask to removed the items from display and may be asked to leave the event.
